Supports 1.0 and 1.0.2 no cd executables.

Installation
Debug Menu requires Ultimate ASI Loader Do not download the x64 version! Extract dinput8.dll to your Scarface folder, if you use SilentPatch then all you need to do is place the .asi file in main game directory.
Extract .zip contents to the root folder of The Punishe.
A new DEBUG section will be added to the in-game menu.
